David operates primarily out of Crossroads Fitness in San Mateo. By special arrangement he can even train you in your own home, business, outside, or at any gym that accepts independent contractors.
Crossroads Fitness is a non-membership facility that specializes in Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training. Our spacious 3,500 sq. ft. facility, with an additional 5,000 sq.ft. of private parking, is located at 801 North San Mateo Drive at the corner of State Street, across the street from Veracom Ford and Ducky’s Car Wash.
